HOW TO ORDER

Paypal (Credit/Debit Card): Orders Over £150 Free (Orders Under £150  Will Incur A Charges Of £2)

DELIVERY
For next day service, your order must be placed before 12pm, Monday to Thursday. Orders received on Friday, will be delivered the following Monday.
If any items are out of stock, you will be contacted by one of our team, who will ask you how you would like to proceed or change your order (if an available daytime number is supplied).

BACK ORDERS
If there are missing items we will send the order out with a list of the out of stock items, we will make a note of the items missing on the ordering system, when you place your next order, you are required to order the items again. We restock two to three times a week, so often items are in within 1/3 working days. If you have any queries about back orders or items out of stock please contact us via email or give Suffolk Sex Shop a call. If you would like any back orders to be held and supplied when available we will arrange this for you.

DELIVERY COSTS

For All UK Orders Postage Is Included, There Will Be No Extra Charge For Postage. For Non UK Orders Please Contact Us.

Estimate delivery charge for EU is around £18.00+ for up to 25kg parcel.

RETURNS POLICY
Returns are accepted on faulty items only within 7 days of receipt, and we will only exchange faulty items for a like for like item, and not for alternatives. All returns must be agreed in advance, and a returns Reference Will Be issued.

Please note: When returning item(s), the sender is responsible for any costs incurred.

No refunds will be given To Opened Toys/Lingerie.

PLEASE NOTE: For Health and Safety reasons we do not accept any Open Adult Toys/Lingerie, Please Call for details.
